The Most Decorated Olympian Ever Throws A Great Fake Wiener

USA swimmer Michael Phelps has won more total medals and gold medals than any other person in Olympics history.  He is an athletic legend.  He was also clearly in the zone when he dropped this massive Fake Wiener during an interview the other day.  To quote Hacksaw Jim Duggan: "USA! USA! USA!"
